Silicone with a different texture. It looks more like thick tile adhesive.
It does an excellent job, but care is needed during application, as it dries quickly and cannot be worked with water or cleaned with water.

I used it on a toilet that was leaking water around the base, it lasted 3 years and broke because the toilet was moved, it didn't leak a drop all those years, I will use it again.

It sticks, seals everything very strongly. Years of use have proven its durability in all environments.

Very good (like the mammoth), but it requires dry surfaces. If you stick it somewhere where there is running water or licking, prefer fast-setting cement.
