Description

The Outgate Sirsen Radar is a wired dual-technology curtain detector suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with an IP65 waterproof rating.

Includes a base for easy installation which can be both on the horizontal and vertical axis, depending on the area we want to cover. With this Detector, we can cover areas by forming a security curtain on balconies, balcony doors, windows, etc.

  • Coverage range 8 meters with 10 degrees
  • Dual technology (PIR & Microwave)
  • Option to select AND or OR operation of the two technologies
  • Independent sensitivity adjustments for Microwave and PIR
  • Power supply voltage 9 ~ 14VDC / Standby 35mA / Operating consumption 42mA
  • Microwave operation supervision with blue LED
  • PIR operation supervision with red LED
  • Enclosure waterproof rating IP65
  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 10.5x3.5x3.7cm

Operation

Combines infrared technology and Doppler Radar. Specifically, the OutGate model incorporates 2 detectors based on the above technologies, namely a 24GHz Doppler Radar with 8 tiny 8 K band antennas and a passive infrared sensor with integrated Fresnel lenses.

This combination with the ability to adjust operation in "AND" mode (activation of both technologies) or "OR" mode (activation of one of the two technologies) results in the detector's operation, controlled by a microprocessor, being even more reliable and simultaneously efficient depending on the prevailing conditions,

Construction

It stands out for its compact construction and ease of installation. It also features independent sensitivity adjustments for the microradar and the infrared, as well as a delay setting for the microradar.

Attention: After installation, pay special attention to the insulation of the cable entry with silicone.
