Το λαμβανα σε συνδιασμο με τις πολυβιταμινες Α to Z του ιδιου κατασκευαστη, αλλα δεν ξερω τελικα αν θα το ξαναπαιρνα. Για την ωρα συνεχιζω μονο με τις βιταμινες.
