Stay away. It was an amazing purchase (along with the surrounds) and had incredible sound, which definitely wasn't better than a custom-made system with amplifiers, etc., but it was very good. However, since the beginning of May, they completely ruined the system with the 14.08 update they released, which constantly causes disconnects between the sub and the arc. They fixed it at the end of June with the 14.10 (almost 2 whole months later) and then released the 14.12 in July, which simply ruined the performance of the sub in combination with the Arc (again). Sonos has admitted that there is a problem, two months later they informed us that they are aware of the problem but don't know when they will fix it. A sound system that costs over 2,000 euros, which I have had for a year and has worked flawlessly for only 6 months. There is enough material (and criticism) on their community forum and until further notice, there is no light at the end of the tunnel. For this money, any other soundbar sounds better. Note that the company does not allow us to roll back to the flawless 14.10 and all the new updates they release are for their upcoming products. In short, they have made a mess of it. Stay away until further notice.
Update 20/10: The 14.18 version was released, 3 whole months later, which fixes the aforementioned problem. For now, the system performs as it did in the beginning, finally, so I changed the rating. As long as it works flawlessly, it's wonderful. But they have lost my trust in updates.
Σταθειτε μακρια. Ηταν τρομερη αγορα (μαζι με τα surrounds) και ειχε απιστευτο ηχο, ο οποιος σιγουρα δεν ηταν καλυτερος απο custom made συστημα με προενισχυτες κλπ, αλλα ηταν πολυ καλος. Απο αρχες Μαη ωστοσο, εχουν καταστρεψει ολοσχαιρως το συστημα με το 14.08 update που βγαλανε, το οποιο κανει συνεχως disconnects αναμεσα στο sub και το arc. Το οποιο το εφτιαξαν τελη Ιουνιου με την 14.10 (σχεδον 2 ολοκληρους μηνες μετα) και καπακια βγαζοντας την 14.12 τον Ιουλιο, απλα χαλασαν την αποδοση του sub σε συνδιασμο με το Arc (παλι). Η Sonos εχει παραδεχτει οτι υπαρχει προβλημα, δυο μηνες μετα μας ενημερωσαν οτι γνωριζουν το προβλημα αλλα δεν ξερουν ποτε θα το φτιαξουν. Ηχοσυστημα που κοστιζει πανω απο 2 χιλιαρικα, το οποιο εχω ενα χρονο και εχει δουλεψει απροβληματιστα μονο 6 μηνες. Υπαρχει αρκετο υλικο (και κραξιμο) στο community forum τους και μεχρι νεοτερας δεν υπαρχει φως στο τουνελ. Για αυτα τα χρηματα, οποιαδηποτε αλλη ηχομπαρα ακουγεται καλυτερα. Υποψιν οτι η εταιρια δεν μας αφηνει να κανουμε rollback στην απροβληματιστη 14.10 και τα νεα updates που βγαζει ειναι ολα για τα επερχομενα προιοντα της. Εν ολιγης τα χουν κανει σαλατα. Μακρια μεχρι νεοτερας
Update 20/10; Βγήκε η 14.18 version, 3 ολόκληρους μήνες μετά που διορθώνει το προαναφερθεν πρόβλημα. Προς το παρόν το σύστημα αποδίδει όπως στην αρχή επιτέλους οπότε άλλαξα και τη βαθμολογία. Όσο δουλεύει απροβληματιστα είναι υπέροχο. Αλλά έχουν χάσει την εμπιστοσύνη μου στα updates.
