The honey from the company Melidoron has a strong and lasting taste, intense aromatic characteristics, and a light amber color all encapsulated in a single drop!

It combines Fir Honey & Thyme Honey, creating a "new" variety, the "Fir-Thyme Honey."

It stands out for the distinctive aroma of thyme and the classic scent reminiscent of the forest from the "Fir Honey."

It is collected from the thyme fields of the Peloponnese from early June to late July.
