However, if they are freshly done and with the use of a good hairspray, the curls will last for several hours and the overall result will be decent. I don't know how much the curling iron is responsible for this, though. I believe its technical features are good (e.g. heats up quickly), but I don't know if it's responsible for how long the curls will hold in my hair.

    Honest curling iron. My hair is very straight and doesn't hold curls. However, if they are freshly done and with the use of a good hairspray, the curls will last for several hours and the overall result will be decent. I don't know how much the curling iron is responsible for this, though. I believe its technical features are good (e.g. heats up quickly), but I don't know if it's responsible for how long the curls will hold in my hair.
