I saw some comments that the product is not good (e.g., that the curls don't hold, or that the person's hair who used it got burned). Nevertheless, I decided to take the risk and buy it. I have to say that the negative comments are due to user mishandling. The product is excellent, especially for its price, it has different temperatures on a digital display, heats up quickly, and with a simple tutorial video from YouTube, you can find out how to use a curling iron correctly; it's not particularly difficult. The curls, if done the right way and the right products are used (heat protection product and then if you wish a spray for hold), last for 3 days on long hair. The size of 25mm makes medium or slightly larger curls depending on the size of the section. If your curls are not turning out as I saw in some comments, you are taking very large sections, and it would be better to try a 32mm or 35mm iron.

    I chose this specific product (because I saw in YouTube videos that this size is required for the result I desire) in combination with the reliability of the company and the reviews. I will also say that it does not make strong curls. I have long straight hair and I would like the curvature that comes out to be more pronounced. If I hold each section for a longer time, something happens, but that means it requires more time.. Generally, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong... I would replace it..
