Suitable for classic 1.5 V and 9 V batteries as well as flat (cell) batteries.

• Ability to check 1.5 V batteries: AAA, HP16, MN2400, R03, AA, HP7, MN1500, UM3, C, HP11, MN1400, SP11, LR14, UM2, D, HP2, MN1300, SP2, R20, UM1.
• Ability to check 9 V batteries: PP3, MN1604, 6F22, 006P.

It features an LCD screen that displays the voltage of the battery. For 1.5 V batteries:

• If the display shows 1.5 ~ 1.28 V, the battery is good.
• If the display shows 1.27 ~ 1.15 V, the battery is low energy.
• If the display shows below 1.14 V, the battery needs replacement.

For 9 V batteries:

• If the display shows 9.0 ~ 7.8 V, the battery is good.
• If the display shows 7.7 ~ 6.0 V, the battery is low energy.
• If the display shows below 5.9 V, the battery needs replacement.

The battery testing duration should be as short as possible to avoid unnecessary battery discharge.
