The Zilan air fryer does not use oil or cooking fats to cook food, but hot air. It quickly recycles the hot air within the basket, thus cooking the food evenly. 

The rapid air circulation in all directions offers a crispy texture on the outside, while sealing in moisture on the inside for a juicy and tender result.

The capacity of the basket is 2.6 liters. The frying basket is non-stick and removable for easy cleaning. It complies with LFGB and FDA standards. It features a 30-minute timer with automatic shut-off. All parts of the fryer are dishwasher safe.
