Description

Transparent material for enhancing adhesion with micromolecular action. It functions as a primer on glossy, smooth, and generally low-surface-energy surfaces that are not suitable for bonding.

Advantages

Applications

  • Application of polyurethane and epoxy adhesives and coatings on smooth and difficult-to-adhere surfaces (glossy tiles, etc.).
  • Application of polyurethane, silicone, and hybrid sealants and adhesive mastics on difficult surfaces.
  • Application of acrylic paints, insulators, and coatings on difficult surfaces such as glass, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, inox, plastics, etc.

Instructions for use

  • We remove dust, contaminants, loose and greasy substances from the surfaces using mechanical means and polyurethane solvent and let them dry
  • We apply ADHESIL to the surface with a roller, brush, gun, or cloth to form a thin film
  • Once dry (30-90 minutes), we can start applying adhesives or other coatings
  • It is recommended to test the suitability of the materials for each application
