The nectar sensation and delicate aromas from its barrel aging, the nuts, and the lively acidity create a result of taste enjoyment. The aftertaste is long, fruity, and complex. 

Served at 10-12°C and accompanies mushroom risotto, taramosalata, fatty grilled fish, prawns, and lobster pasta.
