It does not have the support needed in a nursing bra. A nursing mother will definitely need pads to use it. Very expensive compared to those available on the market! Not worth it at all.

I ordered the one with gel support and received the plain one. Also, I had bought the plain one a few years ago and it has nothing to do with the quality of construction that this one has. The new one provides absolutely no support while the old one was just fine. I wouldn't buy it again.
