Ok, you say it doesn't matter, you've already reached home 100km away from where you bought it, never mind, you'll figure it out. You turn it on and hear the classic rattling noise at the back of the fan from the speed regulator. Exactly what you try to avoid by not buying a 10-euro fan. 32 euros wasted.
