I have bought this faucet for at least 5 years. Recently, water started leaking from somewhere. I spoke on the phone with the responsible technician in Thessaloniki, the very polite Mr. Kostas, who convinced me not to buy another faucet as I had planned, but he would send me a replacement part. Because I didn't know the exact model, I was hesitant, thinking I might just waste my time. Eventually, within 2-3 days, it arrived in Athens at their branch in Pallini, where they even explained to us how to install it ourselves. What surprised me is that when I told them that the shower had a problem since I bought it (online), they brought me a new one free of charge. So, my faucet became brand new. I am writing this to say that after so many years, there are spare parts and service available for these faucets, which are considered among the best!
