It is a semi-light mouse with several settings at hand (weight and mouse speed), comfortable and stylish. If you also have a keyboard from the same company, they can work on a single adapter (slipstream), which I think from what I understood is also easy to find if you lose it. For color enthusiasts, it works perfectly with Corsair's software.

- Works with a cable if the others fail AND charges with any USB-C you find, and the one provided is fabric!
- Can be paired with an adapter from the same company, so keep one as a backup. There is no slot to put the adapter anywhere, I put it in the keyboard!

Cons
- The battery lasts as advertised, but it's not much. I charge it every week. Maybe bluetooth consumes a lot of battery because I use it there for 6 hours a day ~30 hours a week.
- I'm a bit worried about the coating on the sides and the palm area, it doesn't seem like it's part of the mouse but more like a cover as I said at the beginning
- It loses speed and hardness settings if you switch modes. It doesn't bother me but it might matter to you.

I loved the mouse, and I'm coming from an old-school wired Razer DeathAdder with a fabric cable, which was feather-light and honestly there was no reason to change it. I wanted to connect to two PCs and I'm very satisfied. Yes, when switching modes there is a delay because it stops automatically when not in use, and you have to restart it, but it doesn't bother me much. The texture on the palm worries me that it might wear out BUT I believe if you clean it with a cloth and fresh water (no chemicals please, they ruin it) it will be fine.

To give a comparison between old and new mouse:

Choose as you wish, but for work from home people like me, it's perfect. An alternative is the Dell but it didn't seem as good for gaming, it felt quite unwieldy.

The scroll wheel, like another mouse in the series, started making noise quite quickly. It doesn't bother me enough to replace it, but I'm just mentioning it for you.

For its price, it is a very good gaming mouse, you can optimize the DPI, the RGB, and many other things. I still don't know how to create better profiles for better DPI optimization, but for now, it is very good. The only problem is that the plastic on which my palm and fingers rest is quite easy to scratch and tear, and after just one week, the thin plastic started to show some damage. The sides may also have a lot of dead skin on them, and the right click in my case makes a sound like it needs lubrication. But apart from that, it is still a decent mouse and worth its price.

Edit:
It has been about a year since I bought the mouse, it is still quite decent and the right click no longer makes a strange sound. However, the Corsair iCue application does not work very well and is almost neglected. The mouse can disconnect and reconnect at random times when it is in wireless mode, and even when it is wired. Above all, it is still a good mouse, but I recommend buying a Logitech at the same price.

I was looking for a mouse that had a similar grip to the older Logitech mice I used (mx performance, mx500, mx518, etc., which I consider ideal for my grip and excellent in quality). I tried many mice from different brands, looking for a gaming, wireless, RGB, high-quality mouse with a palm grip and a similar form factor to the ones mentioned above.

Trying to decide between the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, Razer Naga Pro, Logitech G502 Lightspeed, and Logitech G703 Lightspeed, I came across a deal for the Corsair Dark Core Pro RGB. I was really lucky with this choice because this mouse is the best I've ever had in every aspect.

Pros:

- Build quality (excellent materials on the palm, thumb, and extra accessory for the little finger, which have a non-slip rubber finish, as well as the buttons with a harder plastic material that is textured matte and not glossy)

- Switches with a great feel and clear click, giving you the confidence that the inputs are flawless on all the mouse buttons

- Scroll wheel with great precision and a nice feel, without being noisy or annoying

- Sensor with tremendous accuracy that doesn't lose tracking even when lifted off the mousepad, and excellent performance on glossy surfaces as well. The sensor allows for perfect tracking even during fast movements with great precision, although I haven't tested it extensively since I'm not interested in extremely high DPI settings.

- Customization options through the Corsair iCue application, which gives you complete freedom to adjust the lighting and buttons

- 2 modes that can be switched using a toggle switch, with the option for Bluetooth mode to save battery, USB dongle mode for high-performance wireless use, and also a braided cable for charging, which is slightly stiff but appears to be very durable

Cons:

- None! Personally, I have no complaints

- The only feature that might interest some people but is not available on this mouse is infinite scrolling, which you can find on some Logitech mice. Personally, I'm not interested in it and didn't miss it at all.

In conclusion, I purchased the mouse for 59 euros on sale, but I would gladly pay the full price of 100+ euros without a second thought, as I believe that's the regular price it should be.

Unbelievable mouse. Perhaps, along with the Logitech G502 Lightspeed, the two best gaming mice. Obviously, tastes vary from user to user, but objectively, it is top-notch.

Very ergonomic shape, but only for right-handed people and will better suit those with large hands. The thumb rest is wonderful and provides extra comfort with the magnetically detachable piece that can be placed on the right side to rest the little finger.

Build quality is expectedly excellent, as always from Corsair. I neither evaluate nor consider the RGB lighting positively or negatively as it is indifferent to me. It is certainly beautiful, but not necessary.

The sensor is flawless and precise. It can be connected via dongle or Bluetooth. It charges through a USB Type-C port, and of course, it can be used while charging.

The only negative aspect one can find is Corsair's accompanying software, iCue. Truly, I cannot understand how they manage to create such good hardware and make such a mess with the software. However, when you have such a good product, for which you charge a hefty price, you should fully support it. They still have a long way to go in this aspect. However, this should not be a reason for someone not to make the purchase.

Overall, excellent!

I got this specific mouse for three reasons: to replace the previous one that was small in size (for portability) and to have a reliable and accurate tool for both FPS gaming and image editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) where precision movements are required (without comparing it to other more specialized tools).

As for the mouse's construction, size, and weight, it is excellent as my hand "rests" on it while the movement is done with minimal force, allowing for hours of use. Construction-wise, it is entirely made of plastic, and as for the basic buttons (left/right click), I can't say they impressed me in terms of quality. The scroll wheel's thickness is about 2/3 of my index finger's thickness, which greatly aids in control and provides a nice feeling.

It connects to the computer via Bluetooth (the PC immediately detects the mouse and runs smoothly without the need for any drivers), wirelessly with the use of an adapter (USB), and/or wired with a USB C cable (which also charges it). The last two options also mean using a USB port, which was an issue for me since I have a laptop with only two USB ports.

However, only through the last two options can the Corsair software (iCUE) detect the mouse and adjust all its parameters such as sensitivity, connection Hz, lighting, firmware upgrades, etc. Notable is the ability to calibrate the mouse according to the surface. Essentially, where you touch it, you make the adjustment following the instructions, and it learns to function optimally.

Finally, I can comfortably play an FPS game as the mouse functions as fast as it should, but most importantly - for me - I can now make precise corrections to an image. Imagine, for example, wanting to correct the horizon and slowly moving the selector to the right or left with care to achieve the minimum value needed. Usually, the mouse I had couldn't capture the movement, resulting in giving a value of +0.5 when it did, causing the horizon to lean towards the other side. Not anymore!

Through iCUE, you can set when the mouse automatically goes into sleep mode. That is, the mouse understands that it is not being used after a certain period and "turns off." This is useful in wireless connections (Bluetooth or adapter).

The provided USB-C cable is of excellent quality. On the right side of the mouse, the surface can be removed to store the USB receiver and reattached with magnets. The thumb rest on the left side comes in a smaller size to fit most hands.

If I understand correctly, it is not suitable for left-handed people.

Oh, and the RGB show is amazing - if you like that sort of thing, of course!

I come from a wired mouse that cost 30 euros, which after 6 years, approximately 2,000 hours of gaming + many hours of photo editing and 3D processing, started to give up. This time, I decided to get something better and wireless to complete a series of good peripherals for my PC.

I was very anxious about the size of the mouse. Since I'm used to a large mouse, I wanted it to comfortably fit my entire palm. As soon as I put it on the desk and made the first swipe, I was thrilled. It has a truly EXCEPTIONAL ergonomic grip, and by attaching the "large" grip on the right side, your hand doesn't touch the desk at all.

In terms of connectivity, I haven't had any issues so far. It connected immediately and hasn't lost connection in the time I've had it (1 week). In terms of latency, I haven't noticed anything in gaming that causes me problems.

The battery, as others say, lasts about 20 hours of use.

Overall, it's excellent at 85. The only thing I miss is the "free scroll" function that other mice like the Logitech g502 have.
