    Sorry but no guys.. Personally, this dye burned my hair even though I didn't have any issues with others.. These, combined with the purple bleach, ruined them... Even though the color is clearly platinum and it stays, what am I supposed to do when I end up with half of my hair.. Every strand, however, is different.. Use it with caution

The same thing happened to my sister, who also uses the same shade. I contacted the company to find out what went wrong, as I felt like I wasted my money. The lady I spoke to on the phone, who claimed to be a "specialist," told me that it could be because I am sick or have some health issue (apparently we are all doctors in this life) or that I made a mistake in the dosage, even though I followed the instructions on the paper. Basically, she didn't listen to me and tried to make me feel crazy and sick, as if it was my fault. I should mention that before I complained, I had tried dyeing my hair with this product twice just to make sure I didn't do anything wrong the first time. They simply didn't want to take responsibility! I am leaving this here so that no one wastes their money and throws away the dye for no reason!
