This particular power bank has its main advantage in its price. It is neither fast, nor small, nor particularly efficient. In successive measurements, it managed to output around 2200mAh before it ran out to charge a mobile phone or tablet. The rated capacity it mentions is 3000mAh (this is the theoretical maximum when charging devices at 5V. The 5000 mentioned in the specifications is how much the batteries that operate at 3.7V output). In short, if there is no need for a USB-C input, I would recommend its slim brother, the Lamtech LAM021172 (https://www.skroutz.gr/s/22666837/Lamtech-LAM021172-Power-Bank-5000mAh-%CE%BC%CE%B5-2-%CE%98%CF%8D%CF%81%CE%B5%CF%82-USB-A-%CE%9B%CE%B5%CF%85%CE%BA%CF%8C.html), which has the same performance as this one but is much slimmer.
