    I use parchment paper so I don't know if the dough will stick to the pan. Also, the maximum temperature that the pan can go in the oven is not mentioned anywhere. I asked the company and the answer was: We inform you that the maximum temperature the pan can go in the oven is 220℃ ≤1 hour.
