You have a fast UHS-I (extended UHS-I means speed over 104Mb/sec) card but it’s not Kingston and you hope that with this UHS-II you’ll make the most of it? (since UHS-II card readers support UHS-I cards, right?)
Here is the comparison I made between this card reader and the Ugreen CM 184 50706 card reader (which is UHS-I).
I used a Sandisk Extreme PRO 128Gbytes SD card, UHS-I class, with a nominal read speed of 200Mb/sec.
Results:
Kingston card reader: read 95.5Mb/sec, write 88.2Mb/sec
Ugreen card reader: read 178.7Mb/sec, write 103.3Mb/sec
However, when I used a Kingston Canvas Go! Plus 256Gbytes card with a nominal read speed of 170Mb/sec (the latest generation Kingston Canvas Go! Plus has slightly increased the nominal speed to 200Mb/sec), then the performance improved even though the card is not UHS-II: read 182.3Mb/sec, write 163.1Mb/sec.
Conclusion: Good card reader, but if your card is not Kingston but a fast UHS-I, it will keep you at 100MB/sec even though your card supports much higher speeds, so it’s good to keep in mind that there are other manufacturers who will honor the euros you give them better by utilizing the extended UHS-I mode.

I first got it 5 years ago and recently bought the same one again.
->Cheap, doesn't break, doesn't heat up.
However, they changed the firmware in the newer ones (v 0.5) and it doesn't reach max speeds (~200mb/s) with cards from other brands (sandisk/samsung) while with the old one (v 0.3) those work as they should - Kingston SD cards of course work as expected.
(Obviously, it needs to be connected to a USB 3.0 port for the above to apply)
If you only have new Kingston SD cards, 5 stars (Buy it with your eyes closed)
If you also have cards from other brands (more than 90mb/s read UH-I) you might want to look for something else.
P.S. The only negative is that it is rather large and blocks the ports to the right and left on a hub

Ομως αλλαξανε το firmware στα ποιο καινουργια (v 0.5)και δεν πιανει τις max ταχυτητες(~200mb/s) με καρτες αλλης μαρκας(sandisk/samsung) ενω με το παλιο(v 0.3) δουλευουν και αυτες οπως θα επρεπε -oι kingston sd καρτες βεβαια δουλευουν αναμενομενα-.
(Προφανως θελει συνδεση σε usb 3.0 θυρα για να ισχυσουν τα παραπανω)
Εαν εχετε μονο καινουργιες καρτες sd kingston 5 αστερια (Παρτε το με κλειστα τα ματια)

Excellent construction, it doesn't look like it but it is plug and play, tested even on 20-year-old PCs with USB 2.0 and of course on modern ones with an adapter, it recognized it on my Android OnePlus Nord 1.
