    First of all, the machine is the Giesen & Forsthoff (Timor) 1340 rebranded. It is exactly the same, even in weight (75g).
    It is the first machine of this kind that I have purchased, so I have no experience. What is certain is that it provides a better shave than the five-blade razors and is easy to get used to. Because it is not aggressive, you have to try to cut yourself. Its construction is very good and the grip is perfect, it does not slip and has deep grooves. You don't need to apply pressure to shave, you let it glide with its weight. Generally, if you try machines of this kind once, you will never go back to old razors because they are not cost-effective. This machine lasts a lifetime and the blades start at €0.45 for a pack of five, which is a funny price compared to the replacements for the five-blade razors.
    I don't give it 5 stars due to lack of previous experience with such machines. It is definitely worth buying for someone starting with traditional shaving.
