In Anavyssos, Attica, is located the first winery, where Savvatiano is primarily cultivated, perfectly adapted to the Attica's dry climate.
The vineyards in the area are usually old and shaped in a "cup", with small area yields and high quality potential. In the 35-acre privately owned vineyard next to the winery, the Malagouzia and Assyrtiko varieties are cultivated in a linear formation system.
In Asprokambos, Nemea, there is the second winery, established in 2000. The collaborating winegrowers, mostly from mountainous communities of the Protected Designation of Origin NEMEA zone, primarily cultivate Agiorgitiko. In the past 20 years, other Greek and international varieties have been tested.
The vineyards planted after 1980 are shaped in a linear support system, with good ripening conditions. Harvesting in this zone takes place around 2 weeks after the plain Nemea, depending on the variety and climatic conditions.
The company's vineyards in this mountainous zone exceed 80 acres in seven areas, with an additional 40 acres on the slopes of Ancient Nemea. The varieties grown include Agiorgitiko, Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Moschato, and other international white and red varieties.
