The packaging in which the product arrived was unacceptable. Especially when we are talking about a baby mattress that you cannot properly sanitize no matter how much you want, its transportation should be at least more careful. Instead, the product came wrapped in a light plastic wrap and it seems that it came into contact with something that altered the color of the mattress cover. I requested a return but eventually canceled it because I didn't have time to replace it, the baby had to sleep somewhere in the vacation house. I washed the cover but the situation did not improve. I would not buy from this store again.

Αντ' αυτού το προϊόν ήρθε τυλιγμένο σε μία ελαφριά ζελατίνα και φαίνεται ότι ήρθε σε επαφή με κάτι το οποίο αλλοιωσε το χρωμα του καλύμματος του στρώματος. Έκανα αίτημα επιστροφής αλλά τελικά το ακύρωσα γιατί δεν προλάβαινα να το αλλάξω, έπρεπε να κοιμηθεί κάπου το μωρό στο εξοχικό. Το κάλυμμα το έπλυνα αλλά δεν διορθώθηκε η κατάσταση. Δεν θα ξανά αγόραζα από το εν λόγω κατάστημα.
