It is very good and ergonomic. The only bad and very important thing about the pillow is that it is very large. You can't find pillowcases.

Very hard and very big (it doesn't fit in pillowcases). I wanted to return it but I was informed that changes cannot be made to pillows for hygiene reasons. Now I have gotten used to it and the only thing that bothers me is its size.

Ideal for side sleeping. The foam ensures that the head is in its natural position, at the height of the resting shoulder.
For sleeping on your back, it needs a trick, a couple of times I didn't wake up as well as the times I slept on my side.
Maybe you need to raise it higher, I don't know.
