I still use it. It has no damage. I wash it 2-3 times a year, with simple soap and water, and I just make sure to let it dry after each class.
I have been using it for about six months in Pilates and yoga classes. In Pilates, I have no problem, but in yoga, it slips a little on hand supports, but my hands sweat quite a bit. I place a small towel and I have no problem. So far, it has not presented any issues. I believe that for someone who just does a few yoga classes and is not a professional, it is very good.

Το χρησιμοποιώ περίπου έξι μήνες σε μαθήματα πιλάτες κ γιόγκα. Στο πιλάτες δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα, στη γιόγκα μου γλυστράει λίγο στις στηρίξεις των χεριών αλλά τα χέρια μου ιδρώνουν αρκετά. Τοποθετώ μια μικρή πετσέτα και δεν έχω πρόβλημα. Μέχρι τώρα δεν μου έχει παρουσιάσει κανένα πρόβλημα. Θεωρώ πως για κάποιον που κάνει απλώς μερικά μαθήματα γιογκα κ δεν είναι επαγγελματίας, είναι πολύ καλό.
