    In less than a year, the gears (plastic ones...!!) broke down...the response from HENDI's service was: they are not considered spare parts, we don't have them.
    After doing some research, I found out that this model has had several similar damages and the company simply does nothing because it doesn't consider the gears as spare parts...and its legal obligation is only for spare parts...
