However, by adding a little stevia, cocoa powder (like ION brand), banana, and ice to the blender, it becomes a perfect and satisfying smoothie without causing bloating.       And yet. The taste is twice as worse!

      It feels like sawdust and sticks to teeth and palate. I mixed it with milk and a spoonful of cocoa but I am still considering throwing it away.
