I used to take D3fix+K2 by Unipharma for a long time, but these ones by Viogenesis are superior, both because the Depot tableting releases the substances slowly in the body, so their absorption is greater, and also because the K2 it contains is of the MK-7 type, which is superior to the MK-4 type found in others. The only inconvenience is that since I want to take 2000 IU every day, these are 4000 IU and I have to split them in half (the pills don’t have a scored line to make splitting easy by hand or with a knife, so I got the appropriate tool).
Έπαιρνα καιρό τις D3fix+K2 της Unipharma, αλλά αυτές της Viogenesis είναι ανώτερες, τόσο γιατί η ταμπλετοποίηση Depot αποδεσμεύει αργά τις ουσίες στον οργανισμό και έτσι είναι μεγαλύτερη η αφομοίωσή τους, αλλά και επιπλέον γιατί η Κ2 που έχει είναι τύπου MK-7, που είναι ανώτερη από τον τύπο MK-4 που έχουν οι άλλες.
