I find that it takes a while to heat up, even though it claims to heat up immediately. Also, the handles are small and many times I accidentally touch the pot and burn myself. Other than that, it is of excellent construction quality, very lightweight, completely non-stick, doesn't take up much space, and ideal for cooking for one or two people. I am satisfied with my purchase.

With cooking use approximately 2-3 times per week, the non-stick interior coating started peeling off after 3 years, but it should be taken into consideration that sometimes metal spoons were used for stirring, etc., so it is not unreasonable for this phenomenon to occur in the coating...
I bought the same pot again for the second time in 3 years, and I think it is a better solution than others that may be 5-10 euros cheaper but I hear that they "break" even faster.
Tip:
On a conventional electric stove, it heats up very quickly and to a very high temperature compared to any other pot we had,
with the positive aspect that it requires very low cooking heat (thus contributing to energy saving)
and with the negative aspect that it requires caution because in ALL - I mean all - non-stick pots with Teflon-Ulag type coating, the lifespan of the non-stick coating is reduced when operated at very high temperatures.

σε συμβατικη ηλεκτρικη εστια, ανεβαζει και πολυ γρηγορα και πολυ υψηλη θερμοκρασια σε συγκριση με οποιαδηποτε αλλη κατσαρολα ειχαμε,
με θετικο οτι θελει πολυ χαμηλη φωτια μαγειρεματος (αρα συμβαλλει σε εξοικονομηση χρηματων απο την ενεργεια)
και με αρνητικο οτι θελει προσοχη διοτι σε ΟΛΕΣ -μα ολες- τις αντικολλητικες κατσαρολες με επιστρωση τυπου Teflon-Ulag κλπ. μειωνεται ο χρονος ζωης της αντικολλητικης επιστρωσης οταν λειτουργουν σε πολυ υψηλες θερμοκρασιες.
