I am changing the 4 stars I had given in my initial review and that's because after the Apivita lotion I tried another one for about ten days and for this reason I appreciated the work that Apivita had done on my skin.

I have bought toner that is Korean and has double the price of this one, and still they don't even come close to Apivita's. No irritation at all, I have very sensitive skin, and I frequently wax my face, this always soothes it. It is not for makeup removal, don't get confused. It is for an intermediate step between cleansing and serum or moisturizer if someone doesn't use serum. The toners are "diluted" serums. And you don't need to use cotton to apply it! You put it in your hand, it is very liquid like water, and then directly on the face. It doesn't irritate the eyes at all. My problem was that even though I kept it in the fridge to preserve it, after opening it got "spoiled" around the 5th month, it smelled bad. Unfortunately, I didn't use it daily and I have to throw it away while it's still halfway.

It's fantastic!!! Every night after cleansing, I apply it to my face and the hydration it provides is magical!! My skin feels refreshed and ready to receive the next moisturizer!! Essentially, it regulates the pH of the skin and returns it to normal to accept subsequent creams without irritation! The scent is very light and pleasant! I have very oily skin and this works very well and doesn't make my skin too dry or too oily. It has a nice scent. It doesn't deeply cleanse my skin but it's worth the money.

I have oily skin and my goal with this product was to reduce my pores and better absorb the cream and serum.

Indeed, with this toner, you feel that your skin is ready to accept and absorb whatever you put on it afterwards. You feel that your skin is 100% clean, definitely not dry as some say. However, after applying the cream, I notice that the cream is absorbed less well compared to when I don't use toner. So, the job we want to achieve is not done. Maybe because I have oily skin. I assume it will work exceptionally well on combination and dry skin. I didn't see any significant difference in my pores.

It is a simple toner that I use after the cleansing foam that dries my skin in some areas. However, it doesn't work miracles!
