Worst purchase. My partner and I decided to get a new filter after 12 years of having a Waterwal, and we chose this one. We installed it properly, and at first, the first glass of water we drank came out pretty good, without any taste or odors.
But 20 minutes later, the water started retaining chlorine and had a medicinal taste. I opened it up to see if everything was properly set up, put it back together, and the same thing happened. I tried changing the positions of the caps and filters to test the water each time, but it took about 2 hours and nothing changed. I put back the previous device we had with the filters from the new one, and it worked fine. In the end, it was the plastic parts, the white cap and the base, that were causing the smell. I don't know what color they were coated with, but I understood one thing, stay away from them. The only positive thing is that I can use the remaining parts of the device as spare parts for the previous one, and luckily we didn't choose one with all white plastic.
Κάκιστη αγορά. Είπαμε με τη σύντροφο να πάρουμε ένα καινούριο φίλτρο μετά από 12 χρόνια που είχαμε ένα Waterwal και διαλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο. Το τοποθετήσαμε κανονικά, στην αρχή, το πρώτο ποτήρι που ήπιαμε έβγαλε αρκετά καλό νερό, χωρίς γεύση ή μυρωδιές.
Πίνω νερό 20 λεπτά αργότερα κρατούσε το χλώριο και έβγαζε και μια γεύση σα φάρμακο. Το ανοίγω να δω αν όλα πατάνε σωστά, το ξανάβαλα και πάλι τα ίδια. Άλλαξα την θέση στα καπάκια και στα φίλτρα να δοκιμάζω κάθε φορά το νερό, πήρε κάνα 2ωρο αυτή η ιστορία, τίποτα. Έβαλα την προηγούμενη συσκευή που είχαμε με τα φίλτρα της καινούριας και δούλευε μια χαρά. Τελικά μύριζε το πλαστικό μέρος, λευκό καπάκι και η βάση, δεν γνωρίζω με τι χρώμα το έχουν περάσει αλλά κατάλαβα ένα πράγμα, μακριά από αυτά. Το μόνο θετικό, μου μένουν τα υπόλοιπα μέρη της συσκευής ως ανταλλακτικά για την προηγούμενη και ευτυχώς δεν διαλέξαμε ένα με όλο λευκό πλαστικό.
