They are very useful for exercising upper and lower limbs with various grips, even as weights for stabilizing a projector screen against strong winds.

Unfortunately, from the first use, they tore at the seam of the attachment strap. Luckily, I noticed it immediately and not much sand spilled out. I fixed and reinforced the seams, but you don't expect such low quality from a new product that it will be damaged.

Look guys, these dumbbells are not for intense exercises, they are mainly for small spaces, a few runs, jumps, and skipping rope. For their money, I find them quite good, I just wanted the material of their construction to be a little better invested.

I haven't used them on my hands (wrists) yet because I currently use the 500g ones. They are bulky for the hands, but suitable for wearing under sleeves. Apart from the appearance, they can be used without causing much discomfort on the wrists, provided that someone has surpassed the smaller ones of 500g and wants to move up to 1kg.

I have been very satisfied. It ties both on the hand and on the foot, and stays in place during exercise. I use it of course for simple physiotherapy exercises. However, it seems that its construction is very good and well-made. Very good quality-price ratio.
