Description

With the finest varieties of activated carbon and the innovation of Aqualen, the A5 Mg+ replacement filter retains and reduces sediments, suspended solids, rust, as well as significant impurities such as chlorine, phenols, heavy metals, pesticides, iron, and other pollutants found in tap water.

Improves the taste and quality of water, eliminates bad odor, and "softens" the water.

Suitable for filtering cold water from public water supply networks, which in any case should be microbiologically safe. Do not use for filtering water of unknown quality, which has not undergone sufficient microbial control.

Features:

The A5 filter consists of three sections:

  • In the first stage, it contains resin that removes hardness salts and iron. At this stage, the water becomes tasty and light. Thanks to this stage, the A5 can soften water twice as much compared to the B100-5.
  • In the second stage, it contains membrane active solid carbon (more effective than simple solidified carbon) with fused polymer fibers for the removal of pollutants and detoxification of the water, so the water arrives free from salts, iron, sediments, heavy metals, thus the absence of the above elements does not prevent the carbon from absorbing harmful toxic chemicals such as chlorine. This, however, means up to 50% extended lifespan of the cartridge compared to other technologies from other manufacturers, maintaining its effectiveness up to the last liter. However, the second stage softens the water and prepares it for the third stage.
  • In the third stage, the clean, soft, and tasty water is enriched with the alkaline metal magnesium.
