I ordered this specific water heater which was most likely defective from its construction. Perhaps the transportation is also responsible because its box was not in the best condition and did not have a "fragile" indication. So, this water heater has leaks everywhere. Initially from the socket it has on its front. Even with the additions made by the plumber. I added special tape and it still dripped, though less. Then it started dripping from the indicator light that shows if it is on. I did not turn it on again due to the possibility of a short circuit or worse. Finally, it drips from the bottom where the front and back sides are connected. The water heater is made of thin plastic and generally looks very low quality up close, which was proven in practice. I contacted the sales company. They were very polite and suggested that I send it back (at my own expense, of course), they would send it to the manufacturer, and if the factory defect was confirmed, they would replace it with a new one and send it back to me at my own expense for shipping (refund is not accepted). Obviously, after all this, I chose to throw it in the trash, along with the 76 euros it cost me in total, because I have no trust in this manufacturer and this product due to the plastic material it is made of. My next purchase will be the classic metal water heater and I recommend the same to you.
