Our pediatrician recommended it for our newborn and the result was excellent; the redness disappeared within the very first 24 hours

I got it for a scar on my nose. 3 months later the scar is still there so it didn't manage to regenerate it, of course I don't know how it would have been if I hadn't used it at all.

The best cream by far for facial dryness and redness around the nose and forehead.

Anything else I tried besides this did not work

It was recommended by the dermatologist for use on my 2.5-year-old daughter because she had developed something like eczema-atopic dermatitis all around her mouth. It really does what it promises; I saw a big difference in my child from the second day. Compared to another company's product I had used in the past for a similar reason, it did not do the job that this one does. It is a cream that, due to its properties, you can use for diaper rash, etc., and for the rest of the family members! I highly recommend it!

Very thick and yet I don't feel it is intensive at all, certainly not reflective either. This cream did not suit me at all!

As a product, it has saved me! I put it almost everywhere! On pimples! On burns! After laser! Overall, it's worth it! I wish it had a slightly better smell!

I prefer it over La Roche's Cicaplast as it suits oily skin better, has a smoother texture when applied. I use it on my face as a night cream and the result in the morning is very noticeable! The skin glows, redness from any blemishes has been eliminated, and it is very hydrated!

What can I say about this cream? Whatever I say is not enough!! It saved me during a severe outbreak of atopic dermatitis I had on my face with great dryness and redness!! It provided me with so much hydration and rejuvenated the dry skin so quickly in the affected area that I really don't know if any other cream at this price could do it. Amazing!

The reviews overall are very good, both for this one and for cicaplast. On the other hand, both seem like wasted money to me. They are thick in texture but in five minutes it's like I applied water, like I didn't apply anything. And for the eczema on my hands for which they gave me this specific one at the pharmacy, the result was absolutely nothing.

I really like it. I use it daily morning/night, along with hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, retinol (at night). My skin is indeed healthy and it helps me a lot with the dryness I mainly have during the winter months. Compared to the one from La Roche, I think this one is better for oily skin as it has a finer texture. I like them equally and it is a staple product in my routine.

Clearly better than cicaplast. Because for me at least, cicaplast gave me a lot of small pimples all over my face. You don't need much product. I wear it at night because it shines quite a bit, but you wake up in the morning as if you have had a treatment.

For my hands, I was recommended it as very good for the eczema I have, but it didn't do much work.

I had a dermatological problem for about 1 year, after 10 dermatologists, each one giving their own treatment, the result was to have a skin solution. The last dermatologist gave me this ointment and in exactly 1 month, the skin returned as if nothing had happened. I couldn't believe my eyes after so many ointments, sprays, and treatments, a cosmetic ointment made me feel better. 10/10 highly recommended.

It is the only cream that helped me with rosacea acne, how much money I spent left and right and none matched my skin, something we must understand unfortunately it is normal that some creams do not work for all skin types... In the end, I had it in the drawer and I said to try it, I had nothing to lose and the next morning things had calmed down... Ultimately, in combination with laser and the hidden cream, my face calmed down and I now use it as maintenance... WORTH IT..!!

It is the second time I buy it. I used it for irritations in the sensitive area and it was very soothing. It helps with any skin irritation.

It was prescribed to me by the dermatologist after Fractional Laser treatment. Heavy product that does not easily absorb, oily and does not moisturize. After 6 days, the damaged skin was dry and stuck to my skin. I had to use compresses to finally remove it. In a similar treatment, another doctor gave me a different product that had excellent results. I do not recommend it and I would not buy it again.

This cream is unique. Due to my work, my hands are often in water and different shampoos and treatments, causing my hands to crack and sting. So, I apply this amazing cream and within 5 minutes, you can feel the difference. It smells like flour with water, but it is so good that even if it smelled bad, I would buy it again!

It rejuvenates and moisturizes, good for burns. Very tight as a cream, so it needs quantity.

Full moisturizing and regenerating, but work it a little on your fingers because it is very thick and if it goes directly on the skin it sticks like gum

Excellent cream. It is regenerative with a thick texture, I have used it for burns and irritations from hair removal and it had an immediate effect. I also apply it at night on marks on my face from pimples and I have seen improvement.

Like all Avene products, this cream works wonders! I use it on my atopic skin with eczema and it is completely effective!

I rarely do reviews, but for this cream, I will go through the process because it delivered what it promised!
On a baby who developed eczema on the cheek next to the lips due to heat, drooling, etc., this specific regenerating cream, alternating with a moisturizer, showed improvement in just 4 days!!! It was recommended by the pediatrician, as I had cicaplast at home and tried it, but I didn't see any difference!! With Avene's cream, the next day the area had already calmed down!!!!

Those who suffer from seborrheic dermatitis with itching and redness on the face should try it. It is the only product that soothes my face. It has a rich and thick texture, and a quantity equal to a pea is enough for the whole face. I recommend rubbing it on your fingers and then applying it evenly. If the shine bothers you, apply it only at night or dust a little powder on top after it has been absorbed. My face is visibly better within a few hours, and within 1-3 days, I have a new face without redness and flakes. With regular use, outbreaks are completely avoided and eliminated. It also works perfectly on burn marks due to its regenerative properties. Finally, I would suggest not storing it in the refrigerator as it causes separation of the water. For me, no other product in this category can compete with it.

It is a healing cream, so it is thick and does not absorb quickly. I used it for my baby's diaper rash, after a recommendation from the pediatrician, and it works great. Not for everyday moisturizing use.

It reminds me a little of Sudocrem in texture... It spreads difficultly but absorbs better than cicaplast, resulting in it being more tolerable for oily skin.

It was recommended to me by the pediatrician for my baby's appendix, but it didn't do anything at all. Since I had it left, I used it on my face for dry skin that I have in some areas, and again, it didn't do anything at all. It was a waste of money and we still have the cream left!

Despite these factors, for me it is a holy grail product. I have not found any cream in the last ten years that soothes my face like this one. (Combination skin, redness, acne flare-ups)
I use it regularly as a night cream, and the result is noticeable when I wake up. No matter how hard I try, I cannot replace it with anything else.
