RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% 10 vol. is a color activator in cream form, specially designed to be used in combination with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash dyes. 

Its thick formula offers a denser texture compared to the classic liquid version of RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid. This feature significantly facilitates the mixing process with the chosen dye, creating a homogeneous paste that spreads precisely without dripping during application. It helps achieve a uniform and vibrant color result that enhances the look.

The product is suitable for beauty professionals in salons as well as for those who perform eyebrow and eyelash tinting at home and are looking for stability during application. 

Its creamy texture is a solution for those who struggle with completely liquid activators, as it offers greater control during application and reduces the risk of the product running into the eyes. 

Please note that this particular product cannot be used with the RefectoCil Sensitive tint range, as it is intended exclusively for the company’s classic tint range.

• The process begins with the removal of contact lenses and the thorough cleansing of the eyebrow area from oiliness and makeup residues. 
• Next, mix approximately 2 centimeters of the desired RefectoCil dye with 15 drops of Oxidant Cream, stirring well until the mixture becomes completely creamy in texture. 
• Apply the mixture evenly, following the direction of eyebrow hair growth. 
• Leave the dye on for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity of color you wish to achieve. 
• Once the time is up, remove the dye using a damp cotton pad.

For the proper functioning of the product, it is noted that it cannot be used on its own, but must always be mixed with a RefectoCil dye. Strict adherence to the mixing ratios ensures that the chemical reaction will occur correctly and the color will be rendered with maximum possible accuracy.
