Description & Specifications

The Dainese Smart Jacket D-Air is a four-season motorcycle vest with an integrated Dainese D-Air® airbag system. It can be worn over or under another jacket or garment and operates without connecting to the motorcycle. The control unit monitors data from seven sensors 1,000 times per second and uses a complex algorithm to activate the airbag when it detects a dangerous situation.

The airbag protects the rider’s back and vital areas with air chambers that absorb impact, without the need for a hard back protector. The protected area is equivalent to that of seven Dainese back protectors, while the vest is ventilated and folds easily. The battery provides up to 26 hours of use.
