Good fit at the waist. I wear it for every task I do and at the gym. It does its job.

This belt is for wearing when your back hurts and you're sitting at home. I wore it at work as a truck driver (loading-unloading) and it was a disaster. Plus, it tore in 2 weeks. Also, it makes you excessively hot and I was sweating from that nonsense it has at the back (the heated fabric, it's like a plaster). Other than that, everything is fine.

The belt was purchased for my wife because she has a disc problem and needs good support in the waist. She got the medium size but it is too big for her (she is 165cm and 60kg). So she needs the small size to hold her well. For me, who is 173cm and 75kg, it seemed fine, but I don't have previous experience with waist belts.

Definitely needs one size up. I have a waist of 108 cm and I bought XL. It needed XXL because it has no elasticity. Just wearing it a little bit, it seems to hold me in.

It sits quite well on people up to 120 kilos (XXL) with a waist problem, but it is not suitable for heavy manual work (lifting and carrying), where it becomes annoying and you wear it over your undershirt, not over your shirt (never naked for hygiene reasons).
For office use, you won't have any problems, and it is comfortable for other light tasks. It helped me a lot at home with my waist for a while until I changed the chair that was unsuitable due to its height, causing me back pain every time, etc.
