This is the second time I am buying molasses, the first time was from another company. Their taste seems similar to me, if not the same. I will not rate it based on taste, because the only reason I started again (and I will try to be more systematic in my consumption this time) is purely as a remedy to increase my iron. However, for those who want to try it, I will just say to keep your expectations low, because the taste is strong and distinctive, so it does not replace, as some say, sugar in coffee or jam on bread.

Anyone who consumes it with dairy or fibers will not see results because its properties are nullified. On the contrary, its absorbability increases only when consumed with vitamin C, such as lemon, orange, kiwi, etc

The taste of this is very "unique", bitter, metallic, and annoying. I bought it at the beginning of summer 2022, it's autumn and not even half of it has been consumed. I can't use it in desserts because it ruins their taste. There are other companies with tastier molasses.
