  • Maximum WLAN Speed

    Theoretical maximum speed with one wirelessly connected device, mainly used for marketing purposes. The speed that each connected device will have depends on the distance, obstacles, how many other devices are connected, how many other networks exist in the same area, etc.

  • Ethernet Ports

    Wired connection capability through an Ethernet network port. It allows connection via Ethernet cable, ensuring a stable and reliable connection, high data transfer speeds, and reduced interference compared to Wi-Fi.

  • Frequency

    The frequencies at which the Access Point can transmit.

wAP LoRa8 - a remote solution for using the LoRaWAN gateway. This kit contains a pre-installed UDP packet router to any public or private LoRa server.

The kit includes:

  • Outdoor waterproof wireless access point with 2.4 GHz WLAN interface.
  • Ethernet port that could be used as a backend.

This specific WAP form factor has been tested on many other MikroTik products and can provide excellent and stable performance in almost all weather conditions.

You can use the optional internal 2 dBi antenna or connect an external antenna. For additional network coverage, we recommend adding the MikroTik LoRa Antenna kit.

The wAP LoRa8 kit supports a frequency of 863-870 MHz, which is used in the European Union, Russia, India, etc. It features functional and unobtrusive design, remarkable durability, and excellent value.
