My experience with this stick is quite good. Mainly because of the transition from the tiring corded vacuum cleaner that doesn't fit anywhere and always gets in the way, to the easy-to-use, easily storable (on the wall) and efficient stick. Obviously, I compared the suction by vacuuming at the end of the day (a) with the classic vacuum cleaner (bagged) (b) with the stick, and the difference was night and day, especially on carpets.
The stick excels in that area because of the roller. It doesn't have as much suction power, but the roller helps with that. The corners are the weak point of the vacuum cleaner, but you can find workarounds.
The battery is very powerful and charges relatively quickly. Personally, I live in a 90 sqm house, have 2 babies & 1 dog (medium hair), and I vacuum the entire 78 sqm (usable) house, the balcony (15 sqm), and the external (open) staircase of my floor at full speed, and I still have 1 bar out of the 3. If you forget to charge it, you'll be left with a dirty house the next day. The LED on the nozzle is also very helpful. At first, I thought it was unnecessary, but it's incredibly convenient for spotting broken glass.
The downside is in its daily maintenance. Many reviews mention that it doesn't pick up or suck well. It requires some thought and reading of the manual or the indications on the dustbin. The dustbin and filter need to be cleaned every month to be clean and perform well. Otherwise, it gets clogged, doesn't perform well, and the machine heats up and may enter safe mode.
Personally, I blow with a blower or suck with the narrow nozzle to remove all the large debris, and then I wash the filter to make it like new. I let it dry in the sun or on a radiator (carefully, so it doesn't burn). After months of use, the design flaws become apparent. The two small wheels on the nozzle wear out quickly, partly due to use but mainly because they collect hair and lint (dog hair all year round & carpet lint in winter), causing them not to rotate. You can tell when the nozzle starts to brake strangely. The larger wheels don't have as big of an issue. The impact of this wear is serious because it lowers the nozzle, even if it's just by 2-3mm, but it's enough for debris not to pass underneath and get caught in the roller, and you simply push them. Also, due to these 2-3mm that you lose in distance from the ground, the roller starts to deteriorate. They require frequent cleaning with tweezers or removal or replacement (they cost 1.5 euros), but they are not designed for frequent removal and insertion.
The dustbin easily falls off if you make abrupt movements and jerks, but there is also a workaround with a scratch. I found spare parts and consumables relatively difficult to find. You can buy additional nozzles-extensions that fit perfectly from other models. Personally, I have bought all the nozzles, short and long, wide, and hairy, that the brand offers separately for different models and not all together. I have also bought 3 filters so that I don't have to wash them every time and can change them directly. I have also bought 10 wheels.
Overall, I am very satisfied and would buy it again.
H εμπειρία μου απο αυτο το stick ειναι αρκετά καλή. Κυριως λογο της μεταβασης απο την κουραστικη σκουπα με καλωδιο που δε χωρα πουθενα και παντα ενοχλει, στο πανευκολο στη χρηση, ευκολα αποθεκευσιμο (τοιχο) και αποδοτικό. Προφανως εκανα τη συγκριση αποροφησης σκουπιζοντας στο τελος της ημερας (α) με τη κλασικη σκουπα (σακουλας) (β) με το stick και η διαφορα ηταν μερα με τη νύχτα, ειδηκα στα χαλια.
Το στικ υπερτερει εκει λογω του ρολερ. Δεν εχει τοση απορροφητική δυναμμη, αλλα βοηθα το ρολλερ για αυτό. Οι γωνίες ειναι το αδυνατο σημειο της σκουπας αλλα μπορεις να βρεις workarround.
Η μπαταρια πανυσχυρη και φορτιζει σχετικα γρηγορα . Προσωπικα μενω σε σπιτι 90τμ, εχω 2 μωρα & 1 σκυλο (μεσαια τριχα) και σκουπιζω σε φουλ speed ολο το σπιτι 78τμ(ωφελιμα) , τη βεραντα (15τμ) και το εξωτερικο (ανοιχτο) κλιμακοστασιο του οροφου μου , και ακομα εχω 1μπαρα απο τις 3. Αν το ξεχασεις να το φορτισεις , την επομενη μέρα μενεις βρωμιαρης. Βοηθαει επισης πολυ και το led που εχει στο πελμα . Στην αρχή το θεωρουσα καγκουριά αλλα ειναι απιστευτα βολικο για να βλεπεις σπασμενα γιαλια.
Μειωνεκτιμα εχει στη καθημερινή συντηρηση του. Πολλες κριτικές αναφερουν οτι δεν τραβαει , δε ρουφαει. Θελει λιγο σκεψη και διαβασμα το manual ή τις ενδειξεις του καδου. Ο καδος & φιλτρο θελει πλυσιμο καθε μηνα ωστε να ειναι καθαρό και να αποδιδει καλα. Διαφορετικα μπουκωνει , δεν αποδιδει και το μηχανιμα ζεστενεται και απο πανω με κινδυνο να χαλασει ή να μπει σε safe mode.
Προσωπικά φυσάω με blower η ρουφαω με το μυτερο σκουπακι το φιλτρο για να φυγουν ολα τα χοντρα και επιετα το πλενω για να γινει σα καινουργιο. Στεγνωμα στον ηλιο ή πανω σε ενα καλοριφερ (προσεκτικα μη καει). Υστερα απο τοσους μηνες χρησης φαινονται και τα προβληματα στη σχεδιαση. Τα 2 μικρα ροδακια στο πελμα τρωγονται πολύ γρηγορα, αφενός απο τη χρηση αλλα ο κύριως λογος ειναι οτι μαζευνται τριχες και χνουδια (σκυλι ολο χρονο & χαλια τα χειμωνα) με αποτελεσμα να μη γυρνανε.Το καταλαβαινεις οτα αρχιζει και φρεναρει το πελμα περίεργα. Οι μεγαλες ροδες δεν εχουν τοσο μεγαλο θεμα. Το impact αυτης της φθορας ειναι σοβαρο, γιατί χαμηλωνει το πελμα , εστω και αυτα τα 2-3mm αλλα ειναι αρκετά να μην περνανε τα σκουπιδια απο κατω και να τα τσιμπα το ρολλερ , και απλα τα σπρωχνεις. Επισης λογων αυτων των 2-3mm που χανεις σε αποσταση απο το εδαφος, αρχιζει και φθηρετε και το ρολλερ. Θελουν συχνό καθαρισμα με τσιμπιδακι, ή αφαιρεση ή αλλαγή (κοστιζουν 1.5ευρω) αλλα δεν ειναι σχεδιασμενα για συχνο βγαλε -βαλε.
Ο καδος πεφτει ευκολα αν κανεις αποτομες κινησεις και στροιμωξίδια, αλλα και εκει υπαρχει workarround με σκρατς. Ανταλλακτικα και αναλωσιμα βρηκα σχετικα δυσκολα. μπορεις να ψωνισεις και προσθετες μύτες-προεκτασεις που υπαχουν σε αλλα μοντελα και τεριαζουν απολυτα. Προσωπικα εχω παρει ολες τι μυτες , κοντες μακρυες, φαρδιες , μαλλιαρες που η bnd τα δινει σε διαφορα μοντελα ξεχωριστα και οχι ολα μαζι. Εχω παρει και 3 φιλτρα γι ανα μην πλενω καθε φορα και να αλλαζω κατευθειαν. Εχω παρει και 10 ροδακια.
Σε γενικες γραμμες πολυ ικανοποιημενος και θα αγοραζα ξανα.
