I installed it 1 day after receiving the camera and I have been using it for a week now. The truth is that it significantly reduces handling as it requires more force to control the settings and all the menus, sometimes it gets on your nerves. However, it is quite durable at 2 millimeters.

I believe it's worth it since changing it once a year is not a big deal. It protects a 300 euro camera in the end! The kit comes with a reusable cloth, a sterilized wet wipe, and a dry one for cleaning the lens/screen before installation. And some dust removal and alignment stickers in case someone has difficulty with installation. I will come back with a more detailed review over time after seeing how it behaves with dust/sand, water, etc.

Edit: It doesn't feel anything with sand + water. It has been almost 6 months and with a good scratch on the back screen, I feel grateful that I got it from Day 1. I will order soon to have a spare because they will be needed. Especially when I take it to the mountains on my bike (enduro MTB), it's like it doesn't exist. I have put it in water "naked" 4-5 times and took small dives here and there... still nothing. It doesn't seem to take in water if it's properly attached!
