This is the second one I’ve bought. I love it. I’ll mention a few details that it’s good for someone to know before choosing it (this one or the equivalent for younger ages).

- This one, as a 40+, is thicker
- Its texture is SLIME, it’s snail mucus (personally, it doesn’t bother me at all!) This means two things:

* You use VERY LITTLE - if the general rule is a chickpea, here you’ll use a lentil. It spreads super easily and evenly.

* IT IS BITTER - if you have a date with spicy prospects, put something else on, the date will go down the drain, the face will taste like dandelion.

- Yes, it gives the infamous glass skin look, but it lasts a little while (sigh). After that the face is matte (you can put something on top afterward, I don’t know, I don’t).

I have combination to oily skin, yet it doesn’t feel heavy at all. It doesn’t sit like a layer on the skin, it doesn’t pill like many creams that leave little clumps as if we were in elementary school.

Combined with a serum or grandma’s immortal Nivea, it works wonders.

And one last thing that may have been a coincidence: The first two times I used it for the first time in my life, I had small red patches that lasted a few hours. To be honest, I was scared of it, but after a few days I started using it again. And since then I haven’t stopped using it - for about a year now.

Definitely worth it.

EDIT 13/7/26: I keep choosing it, it’s amazing. I just received it for the third time. (it lasts a loooong time!)
