This is the second one I buy. I love it. I'll mention a few details that are good to know before choosing it (this one or its equivalent for younger ages).
- This one, as a 40+, is thicker
- Its texture is SLIME, it's snail mucin (personally, I don't mind at all!) This means two things:
* You use VERY LITTLE - if the general rule is a chickpea, here you use a lentil. It spreads very easily and evenly.
* IT'S BITTER - if you have a date with spicy prospects, use something else, the date will be a flop, your face will taste like dandelion.
- Yes, it gives the famous glass skin look, but it lasts a little (sniff). Afterward, the face is matte (you can put something on top after, I don't know, I don't).
I have combination to oily skin, yet it doesn't feel heavy at all. It doesn't sit like a layer on the skin, it doesn't pill like many creams that form eraser bits as if we're in elementary school.
Combined with a serum or grandma's immortal Nivea, it works wonders.
And one last thing that might have been a coincidence: The first two times I used it in my life, I had small red spots that lasted a few hours. I got scared to be honest, but after a few days I started using it again. And since then I haven't stopped - for about a year now.
Definitely worth it.

* ΕΙΝΑΙ ΠΙΚΡΗ - αν έχετε ραντεβού με πικάντικες προοπτικές, βάλτε κάτι άλλο, το ραντεβού θα πάει άκλαφτο, το πρόσωπο θα έχει γεύση πικραλίδας.
- Ναι, δίνει το περιβόητο glass skin look, όμως κρατάει λίγο (σνιφ). Μετά το πρόσωπο είναι ματ (μπορείς να βάλεις κάτι από πάνω μετά, δεν ξέρω, εγώ δεν βάζω)
Έχω μικτό προς λιπαρό δέρμα, παρόλα αυτά δεν πέφτει καθόλου μα καθόλου βαριά. Δεν στέκεται σαν layer στο δέρμα, δεν τρίβεται όπως πολλές κρέμες που βγάζουν γομάκια λες και είμαστε στο δημοτικό.
Συνδυαστικά με κάποιο σέρουμ ή την αθάνατη nivea της γιαγιάς works wonders.
Και κάτι τελευταίο που μπορεί και να ήταν τυχαίο: Τις πρώτες δύο φορές που τη χρησιμοποίησα για πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου, είχα μικρές κοκινίλες που κράτησαν λίγες ώρες. Τη φοβήθηκα να πω την αλήθεια, όμως μετά από λίγες μέρες ξανάρχισα να τη χρησιμοποιώ. Και από τότε δεν την έχω αφήσει - εδώ και ένα χρόνο περίπου.
