I have used it to remove water from an elevator shaft (where the water had reached a height of 1 meter and 30 centimeters), where the hose coming out of the pump and going to the drain was over 15 meters long and also went up one floor in height (from 1.5 meters below the 2nd basement it went up to the drain on the 1st basement of the building). So the power of the pump was very satisfactory. The water removed was about 2 cubic meters and it took an hour and a half of continuous operation. In the end, the water that remained and the pump could not "catch" was about 2 centimeters.

    I have emptied about 20 cubic meters (pool water), so it worked continuously for hours without any problem.. it pumps water with pressure through a 1 1/4 pipe.. Advice,.. whatever pump you get, protect it with some mesh, screen, etc... they all need it even if they have blades or anything else..
