As an eye cream, it does indeed provide very good hydration and if you apply it at night, the next morning your eyes don't appear as swollen. It doesn't do much for dark circles. It has no scent and didn't cause any irritation, while it absorbs quickly and overall leaves a very light feeling. However, the reason I'm giving it four stars is because it's not a good base for concealer or anything else you might put on top, as it tends to rub off in small white flakes. I might buy it again if I don't find something better.
