Panoramix is the druid of Asterix's village. He is the only one who knows the recipe for the magic potion that gives supernatural strength to the Gauls. The recipe is passed down only from druid's mouth to druid's ear. He is usually found perched in some tree, gathering mistletoe, an essential ingredient of the potion.
