It has been about a month of use at home and these are the positive conclusions:
-Very good non-slip
-Very good shock absorption
Your joints (e.g. knees) don't hurt during floor exercises
-Lightweight
Negatives:
-The foam, which is very good non-slip for palms and soles, does not clean like PVC mats. It absorbs sweat more and it is not suitable to wet it to clean it. Which means it may have a limited lifespan.
-Also, as a 6mm mat, it is more difficult to roll and it is bulkier.
In summary: a very good choice for home use (possibility of better hygiene), not for transportation and use in the gym (bulky, not easily cleaned)

-Ο φελλός, που ειναι πολυ καλο αντιολισθητικο για τις παλάμες και τα πελματα, δεν καθαρίζεται οπως τα στρωματακια απο PVC. Απορροφα περισσότερο τον ιδρώτα και δεν ενδεικνυται να το μουσκευεις για να το καθαρισεις. Που σημαινει οτι ισως θα έχει ένα περιορισμενο χρόνο χρήσης.
-Επισης, ως στρωματακι των 6mm τυλιγεται πιο δυσκολα, και είναι πιο ογκώδες.
Συνοψίζω: πολύ καλή επιλογή για χρήση στο σπίτι (δυνατοτητα καλυτερης υγιεινης), όχι για μεταφορά και χρήση σε γυμναστήριο (ογκώδες , δεν καθαριζεται ευκολα))
The felt is just a very thin layer on top of the mat that easily comes off. After a few months, not heavy usage, the mat is ready to be thrown away. The felt has come off in various places and it has become stained because it doesn't clean easily.
