After a week of use, it's time to write a review. I bought it so I could see and clear some errors, which it does very well. Now, I gave it 4 stars because when I had the OBD constantly working and providing data while driving, the ESP off light would come on. It's a serious safety issue for the ESP system to be disabled while driving. Hyundai i30 1.4 109ps 2008.

With iOS it doesn't work, with Android it worked just fine and helped me find what I needed immediately, however if I didn't have a second device I wouldn't have been able to do my job

Worked perfectly on Audi A3 8L, for basic readings via app: car scanner elm obd 2, as well as clearing the check engine light (personally due to LPG), I think it's a matter of luck if you get a good one, depending on the supplier and the quality of the material.

Very good! It connects immediately with the Torque (Lite) app and you can very easily clear the check engine after first seeing the fault codes!!! I would buy it again!!!

It works relatively. The app you choose to use with it plays an important role in determining which models are included. In no case is it for permanent installation (it is only for diagnosis and clearing faults) if you want to have peace of mind!!

For its price, it is well worth it. Very easy installation in the car and connection with the app. The app has many options for customization.
As for the diagnostics, everything it has found for me is true.

It takes a bit of searching to find which app to use it with. I use Car Scanner with a blue icon. Make sure when you scan to keep your phone very close

After years, the previous one I had bought broke down and I bought this one. It works perfectly on a Ford Focus 1.6 mk2.5 and with the Torque Pro app.

Mazda Skyactiv diesel I tried more expensive ones and they didn't give me a clear picture about 2 warning lights that would occasionally come on. This one gave me the exact reason why they light up. Sometimes the cheaper option does the best job. I bought 2 just in case. However, it is a fake, as I bought the subscription and the program rejected it, I contacted support sending them the log files and they told me it is a fake. At least it read the errors correctly. In the end, I ended up with a semi-professional Launch and found peace of mind. Luckily, because I wouldn't want to buy something for €50 and then have to shell out another €200 for the good one...

I installed it in a 2006-7 Ibiza and it works perfectly. The car doesn't stutter or anything, and I have it permanently plugged into the OBD. You can download the YMOBD app. This specific app is Chinese and works just fine.

In Smart 450 with engine light, I cleared faults!!! It shows codes, sees the basics plus turbo pressure works normally without issues. Easy connection with car scanner from Play Store

It worked despite the reviews which were 50-50 now if it doesn't work for something more specialized what can I say for the €3.5 with €3 shipping I think it's very worth it. I tried it at a car stop not inherent to avoid creating any problems again influenced by the reviews. Application 100%

They did not work in my car. It is noted that I already have the same one, which was purchased 3 years ago. The reason for the purchase was to give them as gifts to acquaintances. Unfortunately, however, I found that either it is a very bad imitation or their quality has dropped so much that they do NOT do AT ALL what they promise. Fortunately, I tried them.. They were purchased for about 3 euros each and will be returned tomorrow, along with a report to Skroutz. And if anyone from the store is reading, I would like to say that it is more valuable to buy something a little more expensive that works than to throw our money in the trash, literally.

Yaris 2008. With the free car scanner/android phone and the generic OBD library module, it works just fine! Real-time data from AF, O2, Long/short Trims, etc... I haven't tried it while driving because I was scared of what they write in the comments about ECU freezing, but I will probably start testing it.

I never managed to connect it! Neither with the car's android nor with the monitor, and not with the tablet and the laptop either

Very good with the use of the TORQUE app.

**WARNING**
DO NOT forget it plugged in because it will drain your battery. Other diagnostics do not do this, but this one continues to operate, thus "eating" your battery.

EDIT 10/6/2024:
Both of the ones I bought have failed (and in fact, one was a gift). It worked for about 1 month. When I plugged it back in, although the LEDs lit up, it was not detected. I will send them back for a refund and will see if it happens again.

VERY GOOD, if you like to block the brain in motion. Trash that not only doesn't work but also causes damage to the car. I wonder about the "merchants" who continue to sell it.

In OPEL Astra J 2012, when connected, the car's screen displays error code CODE68 and freezes everything, fortunately with battery disconnection the car returns to normal.

Just finished the first test on Hyundai Accent II (1999 - 2005) and I was speechless, it worked on the first try simply in any application that asks you what kind of connection you want always choose Bluetooth BLE if you have a new phone, depending on the application you have it will show you many things from what faults you have to even what consumption you make (if you have it constantly on although I do not recommend it for many reasons) as well as to delete some errors, I cannot say with certainty to the owners of the same vehicles if it will definitely work, many parameters play a role, but I was satisfied and would buy it again of course it remains only to see how fast it will play or if it will create other issues as other drivers mentioned in the comments (you get what you pay for but with a price as much as a coffee, guys don't complain the product is at your own risk, otherwise you can go to specialized technicians who will do it for you with the appropriate fee.)

I downloaded 4 different applications to connect the diagnostic tool with 2 cars (KIA, HONDA). In the CarScaner, Scan Master, and Dash Command applications, it never connected to my phone (Mi Note2). With the FasLink X application, it connected via Bluetooth but couldn't find a protocol to communicate. I also restarted my phone and removed the diagnostic tool multiple times to confirm that nothing else was causing the issue, and I spent a total of over 2 hours dealing with this.

When I connected it, my car stopped idling, and to prevent any damage, I removed it and the car returned to normal. It didn't work in my case.

It worked fine and cleared my check engine light. I couldn't connect it with the TORQUE app, so I connected it with the Greek ODB MARY. It did the job, with God's help!

It's great, small, does its job by downloading the application it tells you, and shows the necessary things.

FOR PEUGEOT 308 2015, it has helped me a lot with error messages.. where my mechanics were asking for 100 or 200 or 300 euros per case

The cheapest diagnostic tool, this says it all! 50/50 chances of it working. I am one of the lucky ones that it worked on the first one I bought and it still works. I have tested it mostly on Japanese but also some European cars, most of them from 1995-2008.
It reads codes for catalytic converter, low battery, and other "simple" ones.
Through the "Torque (lite)" application, you will be able to see coolant temperature, consumption, voltage, RPM. It is absurd to compare it to diagnostic tools that cost 20/50/100+ euros, it is self-evident why.
P.S. Do not leave it on the door without reason and under NO circumstances put it on a motorcycle!

I have no doubt that it works, but I personally couldn't manage to do it! *Whoever manages to connect it to Android is wasting their time in Greece, they are ready for NASA

Little diamond.. simply if you have a new version of Android it constantly crashes.. you need a relatively old phone for it to work properly

In Nissan Almera, it does not read the ECU. I tried 5 applications but nothing. It connected immediately to 2 other cars.
Update: It finally connected after many attempts. It doesn't even show the car's tachometer. I'm waiting to see if any warning light comes on, maybe it will read what's wrong. Otherwise, I'll put it in front of the wheel and leave.
Update 2: The engine check light stayed on. It didn't read any error. At the repair shop, it showed a burnt multiplier. I threw it away, wasted money.

In Mercedes A180d '16 it worked perfectly and detected the above faults. I searched on YouTube to find out what they were and then I cleared them. Nothing turned on again, I saved both money and time by not taking it to a professional.

I followed the steps described by a gentleman.
1. I connected the device.
2. I turned on switches in the engine.
3. I paired it via Bluetooth with the Torque app.
4. I selected the model I was interested in.
5. I scanned.
6. I researched the codes on YouTube.
7. I cleared the codes.
8. I turned off the engine switches.
9. I removed the device.

Very satisfied even though I was very skeptical with all the things some people write. For me, it's value for money and it has already paid for itself.
