We have definitely had it for 5 years, it's flawless! I have never taken it for maintenance, I only occasionally vacuum the filter from the back, the only thing that "broke" is that it turned yellow, and that's because we have it in front of a window and the sun hits it

Good construction. Effective for drying clothes in a closed room and for reducing humidity in larger spaces (living room). The difference in feeling cold during winter is significant.
In one year it broke, we went to the service to fix it, they kept it for a month, they said they had fixed it but it didn't work properly, and in order to turn it off and on, you had to unplug it because the buttons didn't work. Now it broke again, but because two years have passed, the warranty of Euro Pro does not apply, they say because we didn't do a service without informing us about it, they asked us for over 100 euros to fix it and we didn't even fix it for a dehumidifier that we had bought for 350 euros.

A very good machine to forget about humidity in your home. There is nothing that makes it inferior to others, except that at night when it gets quiet, you should lower the fan speed to low. From what I have seen and from the work it does, it is 100% effective.
A tip for those who do not know it, and I know it because of work, the dehumidifier in combination with air conditioning is one of the best heating combinations for the house, even more economical!

I have this specific dehumidifier for 2 years now. It makes noise at high levels, but we're talking about white noise and not annoying. The advantage of the rotary compressor compared to the pulsating one is that it doesn't resonate with the plastics and there is no sound coming from them even after 2 years. It is economical in consumption. Generally, it works much more effectively at moderate temperatures than at very low ones. I tried it at a very low temperature and it didn't perform the same. When combined with a radiator, the house warms up much easier and dehumidification happens faster. Easy to use with the WiFi application.

Excellent Dehumidifier. I have been using it in a 100 square meter apartment for 2 years now. Very good performance. It is audible within reasonable limits as the fan is working. I have it set at 50%. It does what it's supposed to do.
Very satisfied.
I have been using it for 2 years in the basement with the hose sending the water directly to a shower.
I have set up a program through the app for when it should turn on and off, and also for humidity control.
I no longer have to worry about humidity.

Very good dehumidifier for its category. It does what it promises. Its downside is the noise, even on the low setting, which is quite significant. As a comparison, I compare it to the Meaco, which is in the same category, similarly good but significantly quieter. The construction is of good quality, except for the water tank, which is average in terms of plastic and relatively inconvenient to use

Excellent machine, I also have the previous version. Now that it's smart with wifi, it's awesome. You can see the humidity and temperature levels from your mobile phone and you can activate or deactivate it whenever you want

I have had it for 4 months. The first month it was working almost non-stop, but it brought the humidity of the entire house to desired levels and now it works rarely. Very useful and the operating program with WiFi. You can't call it silent, but I didn't expect it to be! Its consumption is around 300-310 watts, measured. For me, it was worth its money, because the space of the house now has constantly ideal humidity and is also warmer.
It removes moisture (use on an island) in a 55 square meter living room very quickly. Finally, a container that doesn't force you to empty it all the time. But the best thing is the power consumption. It is very economical for the amount of dehumidification it provides. The application for Wi-Fi control pleasantly surprised me. It is easy and functional. As for the noise, it doesn't personally bother me. I use it on the low setting because I don't need the high one, and I can say that it has the same noise level as a 12-liter one I use in the bedroom. However, the best judge is time. It will show.
Edit. After two and a half years, the auxiliary winding (the fan didn't start) of the fan broke. The fan was replaced within a day at the service, of course, within the warranty. Completely satisfied
edit.

It's an awesome dehumidifier! From the first hour I turned it on, I felt the difference in the space! My house doesn't have insulation and I put it in the living room on high during the days of continuous rain. The noise is minimal and not at all annoying, and the programming is very easy. Don't forget to register the warranty online so that the service comes every year. I highly recommend it!
Stay away from this dehumidifier. I paid a fortune for it and it's not collecting any water. It's a brand new machine and it's already at the service center. Stay away from Juro Pro.

Excellent in fast dehumidification of the space and made of quality materials. The major drawback is the noise during operation, even at the lowest fan setting. Purchased at €239, I think it's worth it, especially if you don't have a problem with constant buzzing.
Is it effective? Definitely. Is it of good quality? I have the feeling that there are even better constructions with better plastics and more modern panels and screens. Certainly, there are much inferior ones, so I would place it above average in this field. The wi-fi function is useful and does not have connectivity problems. The tank has sufficient volume and the noise of the device in dehumidification mode is okay for those who have experience with compressor dehumidifiers. I would like there to be a way to visually check the water level: it is not a fundamental lack, but in other dehumidifiers that I have, I have found it convenient. In essence: the machine is very good and its durability remains to be seen.

What I have to add is that it has low air speed, resulting in being quiet but not being able to effectively remove moisture in a large space. In my opinion, it is suitable for smaller spaces than it claims. Other than that, it is a reliable machine

Very good dehumidification in a 95 sq.m. apartment, almost silent compressor (only the noise of the fan can be heard, which is equivalent to that of a powerful air conditioner), large tank and adjustable louvers. The plastic parts are of good quality and do not creak. It is easily movable thanks to the wheels and sturdy handle. Also, both the hygrometer and the thermometer show accurate readings, especially the thermometer is very precise, while the hygrometer sometimes shows a slight deviation from the actual value, 2-3%, which is common in dehumidifiers.
I am completely satisfied with the device, but unfortunately I was bothered by the deception with the "golden" 5-year warranty (and 10 for the compressor) that juro pro advertises, which is only valid if serviced annually exclusively by a technician from their official dealership (and they don't even come to your house, you have to carry the dehumidifier to their store, as if it's a mobile phone that fits in your bag). Essentially, you have to pay a "fee" every year to not lose the warranty!
And to explain it better, inside the dehumidifier's packaging, I found the user manual and two documents. The first one is the "standard" two-year warranty that all electrical appliances of this category have. The second one is the "golden" 5-year warranty, but in the "fine print" it states that it is only valid if an annual service is done and it even specifies that the customer must keep the service receipts. And I can't understand what kind of annual service the dehumidifier needs (is it an air conditioner?) especially in Greece where you will only use it for 3-4 months in winter.

I am the owner of Juro Pro Perla 25. It collects humidity and is energy efficient, and everything is fine, but...
After 3 years, the humidity sensor broke. It shows 45 while the house has 60

We have had it for about a week in an 80 sqm house (with hallways and corridors) and from the first moment it lowered the humidity to desired levels. So far, I am very satisfied!
We have definitely had it for 5 years, it's flawless! I have never taken it for maintenance, I only occasionally vacuum the filter from the back, the only thing that "broke" is that it turned yellow, and that's because we have it in front of a window and the sun hits it
