    I did not have any relevant experience with such a type of tupperware.. but this one has satisfactory space for a large portion of food and in the other compartment you can put your salad where it has the same container that can be removed so that when you heat it up, the salad won't be affected... it takes about 20 minutes to heat up.. the food needs a little stirring during the process because it's obvious that the bottom gets heated well.. its durability will be shown over time, which I will add... it is practical, of course, I would prefer a different color than orange but it's okay.
