It literally worked four times. The upper resistor burned out... Good luck finding a replacement part. Also, I had to transport it at least 400 km to find an authorized service center that covers the warranty. STAY AWAY

I've had it for almost 2 years, I've baked everything from Panettone, tsoureki, bread (constantly every week on a stone), various pies, croissants, etc., as well as: pork knuckles in a Dutch oven (all night at low temperature), oven potatoes, lamb, and anything else you can imagine! The only problem so far (knock on wood! :) ) is the internal light bulb that burns out and I've changed it more than 3 times (if I remember correctly). However, since I use it all the time, the bulb is the least of my worries! I hardly ever use the "fan" function. As for the external temperature? It's true! (Like all small ones!). It must always be open (free) on all sides for at least ~10cm! It's worth its money and more!

Poor construction quality. The door does not close properly on the right side (leaves a gap of over an inch). The top heating element is misaligned, resulting in the tray that comes with the device not being able to be placed in the top position. The cooking timer bell is barely audible. The price-to-quality ratio is unacceptable. Baking is currently OK.

Unacceptable device. Half (dessert, pizza, pie) burns and the rest is undercooked. I encounter this for the first time.

It bakes perfectly, it is very economical, and it has very large trays! It comfortably serves a family of 4 people! It is worth its money and I highly recommend it!

Very mediocre oven in terms of performance and construction in general. The front door has a permanent gap - it doesn't seal completely - the heating elements heat unevenly, resulting in the inside of the tray cooking faster. In the end, I left out the poor construction quality. With very sparse use, within 2 years the interior color peeled off in many places... for the 150€ it was purchased, it's simply rubbish. No more group for me!

Purchased on March 17th. After 5 months, it still bakes perfectly. Better than the AEG oven in my kitchen, which broke down and short-circuited after 2 years and after the warranty expired, of course. It is energy-efficient and fast. I recommend it.
20/07/24 WE ARE ONE AND A HALF YEAR LATER AND EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. IT REALLY IS WORTH THE OVEN. I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN DUE TO THE PRICE, IT WORKS EVERY DAY AND NOT JUST OCCASIONALLY.

I bought the oven in September 2022. In the month, it had a problem as it didn't supply power to the resistors.
Fortunately, the repair service point was not far away, but of course, I was charged for the round trip taxi.
In July 2023, the oven was causing a problem in the electrical installation,
Another time for repair.
This time they informed me that it cannot be repaired and I have to take the oven and go to the store with the replacement letter to have it replaced.
Of course, compensation for the inconvenience... is probably part of the "customer service"

The oven is worth it and more, it has a huge size and bakes quickly because it has a fan inside. It has a light and a timer to shut off on its own and low power consumption. The only drawback is that it makes a little noise from the fan until it warms up, although this will become apparent over time if it will withstand. So far, I am very satisfied and I have had it for about 3 months

Very good oven, we have almost eliminated the kitchen. It bakes perfectly and in less time than the kitchen, the quantity of trays is not different from a regular kitchen as they have almost the same size. The outer surfaces burn a lot during baking, so be careful. Also, unfortunately, after 2 weeks of use, the fan makes a lot of noise as if it is stuck in the wall, and from the quick look I took, it is very difficult to open it for any repairs.

The grill doesn't seem to be stainless steel. As for size, it is very good. It does have holes at the bottom in a protective resistance where material can spill without the possibility of cleaning. Completely irrelevant

Simply perfect oven. It bakes perfectly and quickly, and it has both heating elements and air. It is very well constructed and my son, who is a student, uses it daily. For almost a year now, it hasn't had any issues, and I believe it can easily be compared to a regular oven. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY. BUY IT WITH CLOSED EYES.

The oven was purchased for its air function. So far, it works perfectly and the most important thing is that the company is by your side, no matter what happens. It bakes honestly and the various baking options help you.

I bought it 2 years ago, at first it was excellent, great grilling and completely satisfied. Two years later, with frequent use, it has withstood quality issues except for its performance, which has dropped significantly. Now, setting it to 300 degrees internally, it reaches 185 degrees!!! No other complaints.. maybe it's worth its money.

I had a First Austria and it broke in one year! This one is much better. Excellent build quality and beautiful design.

Great capacity, good cooking, it has solved my hands and at a good price. It also has its own trays so they fit perfectly.

The oven is fine. Pay attention to how they will send it to you only. If it is with the shipping company diakinisis, better leave it. It arrived after a month, you couldn't find them ANYWHERE on the phone!! Twice they picked it up from the (literally) approximately 100 times I called them and gave them the tracking number to see the progress of the order, they told me they would call me back and of course they never did. UNACCEPTABLE.!!!

Quite good for its cost. I highly recommend it as long as you turn the tray halfway through the cooking time. If that doesn't suit you, then just get a regular oven LOL. Simply for me, it is more convenient as I have made a wooden reinforced cabinet underneath (for storing pots, pans, trays), a lid above the oven, and induction hobs on top of the lid. This solution is worth it as I have more storage space, I don't consume as much electricity to heat a larger oven in liters, and I can choose whichever hobs I want at a much better price. I highly recommend it

Honest purchase I would say, very nice little oven externally, the door has insulation but there is something wrong with the construction in terms of opening and closing. It has protection on the bottom resistors and it bakes relatively quickly. Like many others, I am bothered by the "made in Turkey" written on the front.

One thing I noticed using the meter is that the power of the resistors ranges from 1700 to 1800 W and not 2250W as stated in the instructions and specs. I also don't know where the oven is designed, but when you buy it, it says "Made in Turkiye" in clear characters at the bottom right. Finally, the oven takes 30 minutes to reach 300 degrees and 20 minutes to reach 200 degrees. Its external surface gets quite hot if we're talking about temperatures of 200 - 300 degrees. With the setting at 200 degrees and measuring internally with an infrared thermometer, the temperature of the metal parts ranged from 250 to 270 degrees Celsius. I don't know comparatively how much better or worse the other ovens on the market are, but I am relatively satisfied.

I am satisfied with the oven overall. It is quite big and has two trays and a grill that are very helpful. It also has a fan that aids in baking. However, what I noticed is that it takes a long time to cook a beef steak, which requires high heat for a short period of time, resulting in it drying out. But for pizzas and pies, etc., it is perfect.
